Details for commission photography undertaken by Jack & his son John Clegg
(NDP LEVEL 3).
We use Canon 1D Professional Digital cameras and Canon L series lenses only. We can provide the following services, (we do not do weddings or portrait photography at this time, due to Jacks commitments at his Gallery & Camera shop)
- Buildings/architecture (Hotels, Pubs, B&Bs etc)
- Equestrian Photography
- I will consider other photographic commissions (subject to Exmoor Photography terms & conditions)
All commissions undertaken will be subject to written or verbal agreement between the customer and Exmoor Photography. All reasonable work requests will be considered subject to Exmoor Photography terms & conditions. Please contact Jack to discuss your requirements.
Fees for commissions are;
- £70.00 for onsite work per hour
- £300.00per day(9.00am – 5.00pm) (unless otherwise agreed with Jack)
- These payments are due in advance and represent both securement of service and a deposit. This is non-refundable and is subject to Exmoor Photography terms and conditions.
- The above fees include Jack’s time spent post editing images and preparing them for the customer.
- We are based in the village of Porlock in Somerset and work in the West Somerset area. We will consider work outside of this area, however there may be additional costs.
Image Details
The customer will be supplied with a contact sheet and a DVD of images taken as required. Exmoor Photography will store all images on encrypted digital hard drives. The DVD will have high resolution, digitally mastered images on it, suitable for website use and printing to poster size if required.
All images subsequently used on a customer website will be subject to Exmoor Photography terms & conditions; a link to www.exmoorphotography.co.uk is also required subject to agreement.
If you require are services for post-production work, we have a fully equipped ‘digital darkroom’ with commercial printers on site. Jack completes all work himself to the highest standards using the latest Adobe Photoshop software and Ilford or Epsom photographic papers. Please find attached price list, which details available formats and pricing. All prices include vat.
We do not run accounts, therefore payment will be expected on collection or delivery of any work undertaken.
The copyright for all imagery in any format remains with Exmoor Photography.
We have full public liability insurance that provides cover for both customers and us against accidents or damage during on site work.
